Your Commitment:
Be open to receive the advice of the cards, trust your own intuition and take responsibility for the decisions and actions following a Tarot reading.

My Services:
I offer tarot readings with compassion, empathy and professionalism, using my intuition and knowledge of the cards.
I will provide advice and recommendations based on the cards and will deliver the messages that come to me with honesty and transparency.
Payment:
Payments will be made at the time of the booking. Payment is non-refundable unless the reading is cancelled within 24hs of the time and date of the booking.
Appointments:
Once the booking and payment are done, the readings will be delivered within 7 days.
You can cancel an appointment within 24hs of the time of the booking to receive a refund.
If there are delays on my part (more than the agreed 7 days) in delivering the reading, I will contact you and you will have the choice to wait a few more days or receive a full refund from me.
Sessions:
The tarot sessions with me are done remotely. This won’t impact the quality of the reading, I would still connect energetically with your question and situation, will deliver a professional reading and set time and create the appropriate space to allow messages to flow.
I will deliver the reading via email, with a photo of the cards taken on the day of the reading.
I will craft a spread according to your question(s) and situation.
I advise you don’t book another reading at least for a couple of weeks – on the same subject/question – to allow your actions to guide you to the best outcome. However, you are free to book other readings on different areas/questions.
Your feedback and/or testimonial is highly appreciated. Please fill the feedback form after “digesting” your reading, you will receive a separate email about the feedback a week from your booking.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Client information and readings will always be kept confidential and private. I will not share client or reading information without prior approval.
Dispute Resolution:
Once the reading is delivered, if you need further clarification I might draw another tarot card, but different questions or different themes, are considered different readings and you will need to book another reading to address those.
I don’t do predictive readings, I use my intuition and the tarot cards will give guidance of the current energies and possible outcomes. You have free will and take responsibility for your interpretation and actions resulting from a tarot reading advice.
It could happen that after the reading you realise that is not what you wanted to “hear” or you were seeking a specific fixed solution. The nature of this service is that you will receive the reading according to your question and the energies the cards will reveal, there is no “right or wrong” and I cannot offer refunds once the reading is given, even if you didn’t like the message.
Limitations on Liability:
I cannot offer any medical, financial or legal advice and would refer the client to seek respective professionals.
Other:
I won’t do tarot readings for minors (younger than 16 years old). By booking an appointment you are confirming that – at the time of the booking – you are 16 years old or older.
To protect the privacy of others, I will not read on a third party (does my boyfriend loves me? is my mum/dad/friend happy?, etc). Where possible, I will rephrase questions and focus on the client’s situation and empower them.
